‘RETURNING’ is a rather grandiose song. It is both warming, embracing and uplifting. The song is about longing for connection, about losing oneself and finding one’s way home again. It is also a pledge to always return - again and again.

In the process of recording it and diving deep this song has become quite significant to me - it has opened up a whole new awareness and a new path of evolution. I didn’t know this was such a great theme for so many people – and how much pain is tied up with this escaping the present. Caused by trauma or otherwise.

It is a song about the search, about the journey, about calling oneself home and becoming whole again. I’m hoping it might assist someone else in finding their way home too ❤
